At Gift Hampers Malaysia, we understand and respect that our customers may have different questions and concerns in regards to the products and services provided by us. Q: Which currency do I use to pay for my items?
A: All prices displayed on Gift Hampers Malaysia are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.
Q: My credit card is not accepted by Gift Hampers Malaysia. How do I pay?
A: We accept most major credit cards and PayPal as payment on our website. If your credit card is not accepted by us and you do not have a PayPal account, please contact our customer services team on 603 2276 5878 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org where our representatives will be happy to assist you with your purchase using an alternative payment method.
Q: How secure is the information given to Gift Hampers Malaysia during the payment and purchase process?
A: All information sent to us during the purchase process is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access to all information and data.
Q: How do I cancel an order that has already been placed on Gift Hampers Malaysia?
A: Notice to cancel any orders containing fruits, food, beverages or other perishable items must be given at least 48 hours prior to the proposed delivery time. If your request to cancel an order is received less than 48 hours prior to delivery you will be charged RM60 to cover administrative costs. In the event that perishable items, packing material or other items have already been purchased, you will not be entitled to cancel your order and will be liable to pay the full value of the original order.
If you wish to cancel any purchases that are non-perishable items you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of the proposed delivery time. Any notices of cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to delivery will receive a refund less delivery charges.

Q: How soon will I received my order?
A: Under normal circumstances, orders placed before 12pm are eligible for same day delivery to most Selangor and Ampang suburb areas. Same day deliveries will usually be made between 4:00 – 6:00pm. Areas outside of these suburbs will be eligible for next day delivery. In the event of any delays dues to traffic conditions or other accidents, our customer service representatives will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Q: I provided the wrong delivery address when placing my order. How do I resolve this?
A: It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that all delivery details provided are correct and accurate, therefore we advise our customer check all details carefully before confirming their order at checkout. Unfortunately, GIFT SOMETHING SDN BHD cannot be held responsible for any failed deliveries as a result of the following:
- The recipient is not present at the delivery address during the proposed time and date of delivery
- An incorrect delivery address
- There is insufficient information about the recipient to complete the delivery
- The recipients’ contact telephone number is invalid or incorrect.
If you realize that you have provided incorrect information, please contact customer services on 603 2276 5878 at your earliest convenience.
In the event that your order has already been dispatched for delivery or delivery has already been attempted once before, the purchaser will be required to meet all additional delivery charges. If the order involves perishable products such as fresh fruits, beverages, food or other perishable goods and delivery or re-delivery cannot be made on the same or next working day, we will be required to replace your entire order to ensure that only the freshest and highest quality products are delivered. The replacement of goods will be charged at 70% of the original price.
Q: What happens if my order cannot be delivered due to weather or traffic conditions?
A: In the event of serious weather or traffic conditions, delivery will be temporarily suspended and your order will be delivered to the same intended delivery location within 24 hours.
Q: What happens if the recipient is not present to accept delivery of the order and there is no one to accept delivery on their behalf?
A: If perishable products are not delivered as a result of the recipient’s unavailability or due to inaccurate delivery information, the purchaser will be required to meet any additional delivery charges. If redelivery of any gift hampers that contains fresh fruits, beverage, food or any other perishable products is not made on the same working day or the next working day, there will be a requirement to replace your order with a new gift in order to ensure the highest quality product. The replacement will be charged at a 30% discount off the original price of the goods.
Q: Can I track the progress of my order?

Q: Can I make changes to my order and request product substitutions?
A: We are unable to make any adjustments for orders that are in the process of being packed, already prepared, and/or in transit.
Depending upon the adjustments, customers will be required to pay for any additional fees and charges incurred.
If the value of any replacement goods is lower than the value of the original item, the difference in value will not be refunded. Gift Hampers Malaysia reserves the right to decline any adjustment request.
Q: Do you deliver during weekends and public holidays?
A: You must place your order with us in advance if you would like your gift basket to be delivered on a weekend or public holiday including Christmas and Chinese New Year.
We do not offer same day delivery service during weekends and public holidays.
Q: Can I confirm if Gift Hampers Malaysia received my order?
A: An automated email confirmation will be sent out within one hour of placing your order online. If you have not received any email after placing an order online, please contact our Customer Service team at 603 2276 5878.
Q: What areas of Malaysia does Gift Hampers Malaysia deliver to?
A: Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Penang, Sabah, Perak, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor
